Terms & Conditions

The rules of the room. Plain language, no legalese maze.

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Read this part. I know nobody reads terms pages. Read this one anyway, because two things in here will matter to you later: there are no refunds, and this program is built around live participation. Neither one is a surprise if you read it now.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of speakervas.com and your participation in the Backend Blueprint Cohort, offered by Ask Regina Baker, a division of Computerize U-II. By submitting an application, enrolling, or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not apply and do not enroll.

2. What the program is

The Backend Blueprint Cohort is a four week live group training program delivered over Zoom. It is designed for virtual assistants, administrative professionals, project managers, professional speakers, and the team members who support them.

Enrollment includes:

This is a training program. It is not coaching, consulting, done for you services, job placement, or a referral pipeline to clients.

3. Application and approval

Enrollment is by application only. Submitting an application does not reserve a seat and does not guarantee admission. Applications are reviewed in the order received, generally within 24 hours.

If your application is approved, you will receive enrollment and payment instructions. Your seat is confirmed only when payment is received in full. If your application is declined, you may be invited to apply for a future cohort.

I reserve the right to decline any application, for any reason, without providing a detailed explanation. Seats are limited, and I protect the quality of the room.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in United States dollars. Payment is due in full before the first session unless a written payment arrangement has been agreed to in advance. Your seat is not confirmed until payment clears.

If a payment fails, bounces, or is charged back, access to the program may be suspended until the balance is resolved. You are responsible for any fees incurred as a result.

5. No refund policy

There are no refunds. None. Once you are enrolled and payment is processed, that payment is not refundable.

If something in your life makes it impossible to complete this cohort, your investment applies to a future cohort of the same program, scheduled within one year of the original program start date. You must notify me in writing before or during the program to use this option.

I hold this line for a simple reason. Seats are limited, and when you take one, someone else does not get it. The price reflects the value, plain and simple. Please decide before you pay, not after.

Transferring your investment to a future cohort is a one time courtesy. It does not roll forward indefinitely, and it cannot be transferred to another person or converted to cash or credit toward other products or services.

6. Attendance, replays, and homework

This program is built around live participation. The value is in the live training and the live question and answer time, not in a video library.

Replays are provided as a courtesy for participants who have to miss a session. They are not a substitute for attending, and access to replays does not extend the program or entitle you to a refund or a transfer.

Weekly homework is a core part of the program. You are not required to complete it, but the completion badge is earned, not issued for showing up. Information without implementation is just digital clutter.

Live sessions may be recorded. By participating, you consent to being recorded, and you agree that recordings including your voice, image, and questions may be provided to other enrolled participants of that cohort.

7. Speaker plus Team Bundle

The Speaker plus Team Bundle covers the speaker plus up to two named team members, identified at the time of enrollment. Seats are assigned to specific named individuals and may not be shared, rotated, or substituted after the program begins.

The purchasing speaker is responsible for payment in full and for the conduct of the team members enrolled under the bundle.

8. Confidentiality and NDA

Participants are required to sign a non disclosure agreement as a condition of enrollment.

What happens in the room stays in the room. Participants share real details about real clients, real contracts, and real problems in their businesses. You agree not to disclose, repeat, publish, or repurpose anything shared by another participant, whether in a live session, in a chat, or in any group communication channel.

This obligation continues after the program ends.

9. Intellectual property

All program materials, including the workbook, templates, slides, recordings, frameworks, processes, and written content on this site, are the property of Ask Regina Baker and Computerize U-II and are protected by copyright.

When you enroll, you receive a personal, non transferable license to use these materials in your own business and with your own clients. You may not:

Yes, you can use the templates with your paying clients. That is the entire point. No, you cannot turn around and sell the training itself.

Violating this section terminates your license and your access to the program, with no refund and no transfer.

10. Conduct in the room

Everyone in this cohort deserves a respectful, professional environment. You agree to show up that way.

I reserve the right to remove any participant, without refund, for behavior including harassment, discrimination, abusive or disrespectful conduct toward me, a guest instructor, or another participant, disruption of live sessions, pitching or soliciting other participants, or sharing program materials in violation of Section 9.

This is a training room, not a marketplace. Do not use it to sell to the people sitting next to you.

11. No guarantee of results

I do not promise you income, clients, contracts, or a job. Nobody honest does.

What I promise is that I will teach you how the professional speaking business actually runs, and that the systems I teach are the same ones I have used and refined for over twenty years. What you do with that is on you.

Any examples, testimonials, or outcomes described on this site or during the program reflect the experience of specific individuals. They are not typical results, they are not a promise, and they are not a projection of what you will earn. Your results depend on your effort, your existing skills, your market, your clients, and factors outside anyone's control.

Nothing in this program constitutes legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice. Consult a qualified professional for those.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ask Regina Baker, Computerize U-II, and their officers, contractors, and guest instructors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in this program or your use of this site, including lost profits, lost business, or lost data.

Total liability for any claim relating to this program will not exceed the amount you actually paid for your seat.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

13. Changes and cancellation by me

I may need to reschedule a session because of illness, emergency, or circumstances outside my control. If that happens, I will give you as much notice as possible and provide a makeup session or a replay.

Guest instructors are subject to change. If a scheduled guest cannot appear, I will replace the content with equivalent training.

If I cancel a cohort entirely and do not reschedule it, enrolled participants will receive a full refund. That is the one circumstance in which a refund is issued.

I may update these terms. The version posted on this page at the time you enroll governs your enrollment. Continued use of this site after an update means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or from your participation in this program will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Before filing anything, contact me. Most things get solved with a conversation.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.
